Product Description
Thinner AAA was designed for the removal of stain which from dirt, grease, lubricant, inks, paints......etc with a high solubility ability. Thinner AAA will be burn the surface of some sensitive substrates like PS , PC, Acrylic, PVC and Rubber. Thinner AAA was also designed for diluent with solvent base inks and paints which with various kind of resin. Customers should do the test before production for diluent ratio and performance. The product has high flammability, high volatility, and contain chemicals harmful to operators.

APPLICATIONS
The product is sold strictly for use in various industry and has been formulated specifically for the removal of stain and thinning.

WORKING & SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
The work area should be ventilated, so solvent vapour levels do not accumulate.The operator should wear solvent
resistant gloves during application, and if large quantities are involved eye protection (goggles) is advised.

To remove stain from substrates:
1. For best results, apply Thinner AAA as soon as possible after the substrate got stain, before the stain has dried .Apply Thinner AAA with a dry and clean cloth or a brush.

2. Repeat step 1 until the stain had totally clean off.

HAZARDS
The liquid is irritating to the eyes and mildly irritating to the skin (absorption may occur). High concentrations of vapour are irritating to the respiratory tract and may have a narcotic effect, if inhalation is prolonged. The product has moderate acute toxicity and ingestion is to be avoided; nausea, discomfort or narcosis may result from internal consumption. Prolonged or persistent overexposure may be irritating or damaging to the alimentary systems.

The product must be handled according to the instructions, which if correctly followed will isolate the operator from any risk of exposure. Dispose of Thinner AAA only as solvent chemical waste, in keeping with local regulations.

Do not smoke, eat or drink when using this product, and keep in sealed containers out of reach of children.
Do not mix with hypochlorite based chemicals as toxic gases may be given off.

WARNING : SOLVENT ABUSE:
Intentional misuse of this product by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful.

STORAGE
Store sealed containers in a cool dry place away from heat, ignition sources and other reactive chemicals.

FIRE PRECAUTIONS
High vapour concentrations in the atmosphere (1%) may be explosive on ignition. The product must be stored and used away from ignition sources, hot surfaces or reactive chemicals and in areas with good permanent ventilation.

SPILLAGE
Protect personnel and ventilate area. Absorb spillage in sand and transfer to safe site for evaporation or chemical disposal in accordance with local regulations. Do not contaminate drainage systems.

FIRST AID
Inhalation: Irritation, narcosis - remove to fresh air, keep warm, get medical assistance.
Eyes: Irrigate for 15 minutes with water and get medical attention.
Skin: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Apply skin cream.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Dilute with water/milk and get urgent medical attention.

PACKAGING
Thinner AAA is packed in sealed metal containers. 9, 11, 15 and 160 kg containers.
